Congratulations! You’ve decided to transition to digital authorizations and successfully logged into the Restricted Product(RP) site but you have no accounts to view.
1. Click the +Add Account button
2. Make the following selections:
TIP-If you are requesting access on behalf of someone else, select Dealer and on the next screen, there will be a field to enter an email address for that person.
3. Enter your account details and click next. You must know the account number to successfully request the access.
- If you do not know your account number, you can email KeyControlDepartment@allegion.com to assist you.
- Note: Authorization is not required for ordering Numbered or Quad keyway families. Therefore, a Restricted Product account is not necessary for these items.
4. Click Save after reviewing the entered information
5. Wait for approval. The request will go to the appropriate party.
- If the requestor or name entered as requestor (when dealer was selected) matches the existing paper work, the request will be approved.
- If requestor does not match, the Key Control team will reach out to request additional documentation.
TIP - If there are no current owners on the account, the request will go to the Allegion Key Control team for review but if there is a user with owner role, an email will be sent to them for review.

It's been two (2) months attempting to reorder blank keys for a system the taxpayers own. This feels like now the third time in ten years they need to "change" the security procedure to reorder blanks. Entering any project with this company would be an unwise decision, and you will regret it...
