- There is also no verification to check if the addresses entered here is valid.
To update or change the account address, Click Edit info. Make the necessary changes and click Save Edits.
2. Default Addresses
-
Default Addresses will prepopulate on the authorization form. It saves time on having to set several fields when the address and contact are the same.
-
The address and contact can still be changed if necessary.
-
If the address has not synced or is inactive, the option to Set as Default will not appear.
To set, click into the Manage address section, click the ellipsis next to the address to be used and click “Set as Default. ” Repeat in the Manage Contact section.
TIP – Both a contact and address should be set as default
If different addresses are required per product type, click on the pencil icon next to each section and set individually.
3. Manage Addresses and Manage Contacts
- Manage Addresses and Manage Contacts are specifically for shipping purposes.
- Records must be added here for use on an authorization
- If an address is deactivated or not synced, it will not show up on the authorization
- All addresses go through an address validation system
