     The team has been hard at work and we have an exciting release to highlight. You may have been using our new Chatbot to help answer some of your questions, and now we are making it even easier for you. You will not only get an amazing Guided Tour experience when logging in to RP, but you will also see a new icon in the bottom right hand corner. This will be a quick access button to get you to the Resource Center to engage with your Chatbot, search for articles, request a new feature, or submit a ticket.
